Licensed Clinical Social Worker


Sarah is a skilled therapist at Medicine Creek Counseling, dedicated to helping adults and teens (ages 15 and older) navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and depression. She works with clients who are motivated to deepen their understanding of themselves and apply new tools to foster growth and change.

Believing self-awareness is key to transformation, Sarah helps clients explore patterns in their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. With a trauma-informed approach, she empowers clients to recognize how past experiences and family dynamics shape their present lives.

Sarah’s therapeutic style is person-centered and integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Her goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued, and confident in their journey.
